Close and Ticketmaster join forces
The linking of both platforms brings the organizer and its visitors closer together. Close and Ticketmaster, the global ticketing leader and one of the largest e-commerce websites, have teamed up to provide Ticketmaster clients with the best digital customer experience.
Thanks to the API link between Close and Ticketmaster, visitors can find all event information in the Close app after purchasing their ticket, as soon as the organiser has chosen it. Relevant content and messages increase engagement before, during and after the event. Think of practical information, such as what time the doors open or where you can best park. Also entertainment, such as exclusive videos, quizzes and merchandise.
